Dr. Mike Flores
DC CCSP DACBSP

Dr. Mike Flores, father to his beautiful daughter and legacy Lily Belle Flores. He is also the oldest of 4 siblings to his loving Mother and Father. His family is his constant WHY! It’s why he gets up at 4am everyday driven to improve himself in every facet of life and share his passion for life and influence others to maximize their lives to be great by keep a Life by Faith and a Man after Gods Heart!

Dr. Mike graduated with his Bachelor in Science with Degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2007 and received his Doctorate in 2011 from Southern California University of Health Sciences. He also received Specialization Certification as a Sports Physician in 2012 and received his Diplomate in Sports Medicine in 2019.

Dr. Mike is the Owner and Founder of AMP Sports Med and Recovery, which has which has 2 locations in Rancho Santa Margarita and Tustin. He is also the Creator of The AMP Institute Techniques Certifications and Courses as well as AMP: At-Home Recovery. Dr. Mike is also working on a future Mentorship Business Development Program for aspiring Sports Med Practitioners.

His passion is to grow and influence young business entrepreneurs that want to be partner in growing AMP SMR using proprietary Specific Techniques Protocols and Business Development. The everyday effort and passion in his business life comes with a never-ending drive to grow this model to help others.

Dr. Mike is currently conducting extensive research and case studies on the AMP Advanced Myofascial Percussion Techniques and Business Development. He constantly influencing and educating the AMP Team on the Core Values of AMP.

Dr. Mike is an advocate of health and fitness, inside and out of the body. “Practice what you preach.” He also participates in many volunteer programs that allow him to serve his community—both with his service to his church and with the clinic. He is a firm believer in giving back to the community through the knowledge he has earned to all those in need.

Shawn Tierney, DC, RMSK

Chiropractor & Musculoskeletal Sonologist

Dr. Shawn P. Tierney is a musculoskeletal sonologist and leader in the Regenerative Medicine field. He specializes in musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound, human sonoanatomy and ultrasound-guided procedures such as PRP, A2M, joint and spine injections, Stellate Ganglion Blocks and nerve hydrodissection. Shawn Tierney, DC, RMSK, is an expert international educator for physicians and sonographers in musculoskeletal ultrasound and has taught for AAOM, AOASM and served as a faculty member of MSKUS for 10 years. Dr. Tierney has done extensive work in Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation and Nutrition in addition to practicing Chiropractic Medicine for over 15 years prior to focusing on his Integrative Regenerative Medicine specialty. Dr. Tierney received his degree from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic Medicine. Prior to studying chiropractic medicine, Dr. Tierney was an environmental organic chemist and a personal trainer since 1986 as well as an avid stand-up paddleboarder.  Not only does Dr. Tierney have experience as a nationally ranked body builder, he also actively assists in the recovery of many professional athletes. Dr. Tierney has treated members of the U.S. Water Polo Team, the U.S. Olympic Swim Team and professional athletes from combat sports, ocean sports and the MLB and NFL.

Heather Maloney, PA-C

Regenerative Medicine

Heather Maloney PA-C is a Physician Assistant specializing in Regenerative Medicine, Sports Medicine and Mental Wellness. She received her advanced degree in PA studies from Western University of Health Sciences with a Surgical Specialties emphasis in 2000. She has many years experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Pediatrics and starting in 2012 she began working exclusively with Dr.Shawn Tierney DC, RMSK specifically in the specialty of Regenerative Medicine. Together Dr.Tierney and Heather Maloney PA-C have spent years working as a team using musculoskeletal ultrasound to help diagnose and treat patients with injuries, chronic pain and PTSD/anxiety issues. She enjoys this unique cutting-edge specialty because it combines Integrative Medicine with non-invasive Regenerative Medicine treatment options, to help people heal physically and mentally. Her goal is to help stimulate your body to heal itself, therefore alleviating pain and resetting the balance and harmony in her patient’s lives. When not working Heather enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and boys.

Jeremiah Maloney, D.O

Board Certified Anesthesiologist

Dr. Jeremiah Maloney DO is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist practicing in the Inland Empire since 2006. Dr. Maloney has extensive experience in hospital based and outpatient anesthesia with extensive training in regional and local anesthetic blocks. Dr. Maloney began working with Dr. Tierney as a team years ago to create the Stellate Ganglion Block Specialists Team at  www.stellateganglionblocks.com. Together they have trained with the world renowned experts in the field of Stellate Ganglion Blocks to help develop the best protocol and treatment options to help patients with PTSD, anxiety, nervous system dysfunction and long-haul COVID symptoms.  Dr. Tierney continues to travel and educate on the topic of SGB giving podcasts with author and biohacking expert Ben Greenfield. Dr. Maloney also serves as the Trinity Integrative Medical Specialists Collaborating Physician and Medical Director. Outside of medicine Dr. Maloney enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his boys in football.

Peggy McGill, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner Integrative Medicine

Peggy McGill has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 25 years. She is board-certified with advanced experience in Family Practice, Female Health, Integrative Medicine and Hormone Balancing. She began working in the Temecula and Murrieta Valleys over 30 years ago as a Registered Nurse.

In 1998, Peggy graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loma Linda University in 1984. Peggy is a United States Air Force Iraq War Veteran and honorably retired from the United States Army National Guard in 2019, after serving 20 years.

Peggy grew up in a medical family and worked in her father’s family practice office as a registered nurse. His practice was progressive, one that believed in health and prevention and regularly offered hormone replacement and Myer’s IVs. In fact, Dr John A. Myers, the inventor of the “Myers Cocktail”, was a close mentor of her father’s. Having this and personal experience using synthetic medicines for years, drove her to master Integrative and personalized Bioidentical Hormone balancing. Once she started with more natural and bioidentical therapies, it changed her and her patient’s lives as well.

She works autonomously and in conjunction with other health professionals to offer a wide range of health services and provide full and comprehensive care to manage patients’ medical needs. She is working toward her Independent Nurse Practitioner Certification and is on track to become one of the first Independent Nurse Practitioners in the State of California.

Nicole Curtis, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner & Integrative Medical Specialist

Nicole Curtis is a Nurse Practitioner with Trinity Integrative Medical Specialists. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology at University of Texas at El Paso in 1996. After several years teaching she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at NMSU and a Master’s of Science in Nursing at Ball State University. She has over 18 years experience in the medical field and for the last 8 years has been focusing on Integrative Medicine and Hormone replacement therapy. She enjoys her work and helping her patients achieve their health care goals, focusing on preventative care and improving day to day quality of life. Nicole is a military spouse who enjoys traveling with her husband and 2 children when she can. 

Callie Gonzalez

MSN, FNP-C

Callie Gonzalez MSN, FNP-C was born and raised in Temecula, California. She attended University of San Diego as pre-med, then transferred to University of Maine at Fort Kent to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. During her junior and senior year, she participated in collegiate level women’s soccer NAIA and NCAA Division 3, having the opportunity to travel throughout the country while getting a nursing degree.

Callie worked as an RN for 10 years in both medical/surgical units and intensive care units. She later attended Cal Baptist University in Riverside where she then earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. Callie states, “I have worked in a wide variety of settings throughout my nursing career. I truly enjoy the integrative approach in conjunction with Western medicine. I believe this approach truly encompasses and treats each patient as a whole person.”

In her spare time, Callie enjoys spending time at home with her spouse Juan-Pablo and 3 children: Lincoln, Waylon, and Weston. She enjoys cooking and traveling throughout the country to see new places. She still participates in adult league soccer. She is very excited to be part of Trinity Integrative Medicine clinic and improve the well being of the community.

Dr. Heidi Johnson-Schmidt

Chiropractor | Sports Medicine Specialist | Certified Athletic Trainer

Dr. Heidi Johnson-Schmidt is a chiropractor specializing in sports medicine and injury rehabilitation, with a strong focus on serving athletes and active individuals in the Temecula Valley and Inland Empire. Raised in the Inland Empire, Dr. Heidi’s early passion for sports led her to earn a degree in Athletic Training from San Diego State University, where she worked with collegiate and high school athletes to refine her skills in injury management and performance enhancement.

She continued her education at Southern California University of Health Sciences, earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic with specializations in Sports Medicine and Tactical Sports Medicine. Her chiropractic training, combined with her background in biomechanics and rehabilitation, allows her to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Dr. Heidi has worked with athletes of all levels, including CrossFit athletes, motocross riders, weekend warriors, and first responders/military personnel. As both a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Doctor of Chiropractic, she focuses on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization.

A key part of her career has been her previous leadership role as the Director of Sports Medicine at Great Oak High School in Temecula, where she managed care for over 25 sports teams and expanded the school’s sports medicine program. Her work in this role helped establish her as a trusted resource within the local sports community.

In addition to her chiropractic and athletic training expertise, Dr. Heidi is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), integrating nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support her patients’ health goals.

Dr. Heidi is deeply committed to improving the health and performance of individuals in the Temecula and Inland Empire areas, offering personalized care to help her patients recover, perform better, and live pain-free.
